On the southeast side of Lake Mead a ribbon of dirt roads weaves through a world of surprising beauty. Very different from the areas of the lake we are all familiar with, this section is full of life and history. Chad Booth, along with guest host Bob Welti and the Utah Four-Wheel Drive Association set out on a trek of discovery through the striking vistas and old abandoned ranch houses that served at times as a bastion from the heat for families, all the way to illegal distilleries. What was discovered is that sometimes taking a new road to a well-known destination changes the experience so much you may as well have gone somewhere completely new.
